Måne Bakeri blends centuries-old culinary heritage with modern flair, specializing in “Moon Cakes” - their twist on the ancient Cheburek, filled with vibrant flavors and presented as culinary works of art. Their ambition: to introduce this classic treat to a new generation and carve out a distinct presence in Oslo’s culinary landscape.
Our mission was to design and develop a landing page that would not only showcase Måne Bakeri’s signature offering, but also make a bold visual statement. The result? A site that instantly grabs attention while translating the bakery’s rich story and energy into a seamless digital experience.

The key challenge was to break out of the “standard bakery” mold:
- Create a highly distinctive, unconventional visual style - far from the typical pastel or rustic bakery website.
- Present “Moon Cakes” as beautiful, must-try creations and anchor them in narrative and appetizing photography.
